The Witt Machine Big Body Tu-Tu Three Suppressor is regulated under the National Firearms Act (NFA). Transfer requires an approved ATF Form 4 (or other applicable ATF transfer form) and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Effective January 1, 2026, the federal $200 transfer tax for suppressors has been eliminated. However, ATF approval is still required before taking possession of your suppressor. All suppressors must be transferred through a licensed FFL/SOT dealer.
