The Sylvan Arms Gen 4 AR Folding Stock Adapter provides a convenient way to fold your stock for easier storage and transportation. Its low-profile Gen 4 design positions the adapter closer to the lower receiver, helping reduce overall folded length while minimizing unnecessary gaps.
CNC-machined in the USA from 7075 billet aluminum, the Gen 4 adapter combines strength, durability, and lightweight construction. The complete assembly weighs approximately 6 ounces and includes the components needed for installation.
The adapter features a standard 1-3/16" x 16 thread and is designed for compatibility with most AR-15 platforms, AR-10 platforms, and many 9mm AR configurations. It also supports JP Enterprises Silent Captured Spring systems with the included .625" aluminum bolt extension.

9mm Compatibility
Some 9mm bolt carrier groups may require modification to work with the included bolt extension. Certain standard-size 9mm BCGs with a 5/8" (.625") internal diameter may be compatible after removal of the rear pin and weight from the BCG.
Important: Compatibility can vary between 9mm bolt carrier groups. Verify your BCG configuration before installation.
