Wilson Combat barrels are meticulously crafted, starting with the drilling, reaming, and rifling process using CNC machines. The barrels then undergo a thorough heat treatment, stress relief, and truing. All barrels are inspected with precision using CMMs and air gauges.
Our assembly process adheres to Mil-Spec torque standards, involves rigorous headspace checks, ensures the truing of upper receivers, and beds the barrels to guarantee peak accuracy and performance. All weapons undergo precise gas system adjustment and are extensively test-fired before shipment to ensure their reliability.
