At the heart of the rifle is a Shaw Customs 16" 416R stainless steel fluted barrel, selected for its accuracy, durability, and consistent ballistic performance. The .300 HAM’R cartridge offers an excellent combination of downrange energy and practical range, making this rifle well suited for deer, hogs, and other medium-to-large game where legally permitted.
A CMMG adjustable gas block provides gas-system adjustability for the build, while the Armaspec SMB "H" buffer helps optimize the recoil system. Together, these components provide a well-balanced operating system when properly configured with the ammunition and upper assembly.
The lower receiver is built around a rugged Patriot Arms 7075-T6 receiver set and features a Schmid"Match Elite" trigger with a 3.5 lb fire-control spring set for a clean, consistent trigger feel. An M16-profile nitride BCG, durable Magpul furniture, and a free-float M-LOK handguard complete the package.
