Inspect for Fail to Feed/Cycle
450 Bushmaster, BCA Upper
- Disassemble and Inspect
- Head Space - Pass
- Barrel Nut OVER Torqued (131.5lbs)
- Inspect Gas Block and Tube - found Gas Tube installed UPSIDE DOWN
This condition would not allow Gas System to function as designed
- Resassemble
- Accurize Barrel to Upper Receiver
- Torque Barrel Nut to 50.2ft LBS
- Install Adjustable Gas Block (Odin Works) and new Stainless Steel Gas Tube
- Removed Mil-Spec Buffer from Lower Receiver and Replace with H3 Buffer
- Replaced BCA Muzzle Brake with GunTec USA Tank9-458 SOCOM Muzzle Brake
Test Fired and Adjusted Brass Extraction to 3 O'Clock
