Since 2013, Patriot Arms and Supply has been committed to providing our valued customers with superior firearms, components, parts, and accessories. Our dedication to complete customer satisfaction is the cornerstone of our business.
We strive to make every interaction professional, efficient, and straightforward. If you are dissatisfied with a product, service, or how an issue was handled, please contact us using the Contact Form on our website so your request can be properly logged and tracked.
For returns or exchanges, please follow the instructions outlined on our Returns & Exchanges page.
For firearm service or repair work, contact us through our website so we can properly document and process your request.
Compliance With Firearms Laws
All firearm and serialized item purchases are subject to:

Federal law and ATF regulations

Applicable state and local laws

Background check requirements

Shipment to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder
It is the customer’s responsibility to know and comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with applicable law.
Pricing Policy
All prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, and inventory inaccuracies at any time. Orders may be canceled if errors are discovered.
International Orders
Due to strict federal export regulations governing firearms and firearm components, Patriot Arms and Supply does not ship firearms internationally.
Certain parts and accessories may also be restricted from export. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with U.S. export laws.
PAYMENT, FRAUD PREVENTION & CHARGEBACK POLICY
Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and our business from fraud:

Orders may be held for manual review.

We may require additional identification or verification.

Orders with mismatched billing and shipping information may be delayed or canceled.

We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity.
Failure to respond to verification requests may result in cancellation.
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
Chargeback Policy
By completing a purchase with Patriot Arms and Supply, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any billing issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card company.
Improper or fraudulent chargebacks include but are not limited to:

Filing a dispute after the product has shipped

Filing a dispute due to transfer denial by an FFL

Filing a dispute due to background check denial

Filing a dispute on non-returnable items

Filing a dispute without attempting to contact us
If a chargeback is initiated without prior contact:

We reserve the right to provide all transaction records, shipping confirmation, FFL documentation, and communication logs to the payment processor.

You agree to reimburse Patriot Arms and Supply for any chargeback fees, administrative costs, collection fees, and associated legal expenses.

We reserve the right to pursue civil remedies where appropriate.

Future purchases may be permanently refused.
Submitting a fraudulent chargeback may constitute theft and may be referred to appropriate authorities where applicable.
RETURNS & RESTOCKING
Firearms and serialized items:

All firearm sales are final once transferred.

Firearms returned due to failed background checks or refusal of transfer are subject to:

15–25% restocking fee

All shipping costs (original and return)

Firearms must be returned in original, unfired condition.
Non-serialized items:

Returns must follow the instructions on our Returns page.

Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Certain items are non-returnable, including ammunition, installed parts, custom builds, and special orders.
INSTALLATION & PRODUCT USE DISCLAIMER
All firearm parts sold by Patriot Arms and Supply are intended for installation by a qualified gunsmith.
Improper installation may result in serious injury, death, or property damage.
Products are intended for use with factory specification, standard velocity ammunition unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.
Any verbal guidance provided by Patriot Arms and Supply should be verified by a qualified gunsmith.
NO WRITTEN WARRANTY
Unless explicitly stated in writing for a specific product, Patriot Arms and Supply does not provide a written warranty.
We expressly disclaim:

Any implied warranty of merchantability

Any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose
Manufacturer warranties apply where offered by the manufacturer.
We remain committed to addressing legitimate concerns fairly and professionally.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Patriot Arms and Supply shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product.
Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
Any legal action shall be brought in the appropriate courts located in Chattooga County, Georgia.
POLICY UPDATES
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
