Aero Precision M5 Stripped Lower Receivers works with standard DPMS 308 components and magazines. Nice! The upper tension screw allows users to fine tune the fit of the upper and lower receiver. This is through the use of a nylon tipped tension set screw inserted in the grip tang of the lower receiver. Secondly, the rear takedown pin detent hole is threaded for a 4-40 set screw. Also, M5 stripped lower’s bolt catch is threaded for a screw pin (no roll pin needed) and an integrated trigger guard. Selector markings will work with 45, 60 or 90 degree safety selectors. These lowers accept short throw safety selectors, but will work with any standard selector. Lastly, no gap with aftermarket pistol grips. Aero Precision M5 receivers are engineered to match flawlessly, providing the operator superior performance and accuracy in a durable and dependable platform.
